Refund policy
Our return policy is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective, damaged or expired. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return.
Due to the nature of our products being perishable, we do not allow returns once the item has shipped from our warehouse.
If you received a product from Oliver’s that is defective, damaged or expired and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:
1) Email your return to: hello@oliversoatmilk.co.nz
2) Email subject should reflect your order number.
3) In the email, you must include photos of the defective, damaged and or expired product so we can see what the issue is.
4) Please describe the reason for your return.
Once we receive your email, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm an exchange. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, normally within 24 hours.
Oliver's will cover the cost of shipping for all returned defective, damaged or expired products. We try to ship out exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your return request.
